It was also brought to our attention that the Bylaws of our club were avaliable to our members and that an evaluation of these Bylaws should be made by our club President to insure that we were in compliance. A copy of the Bylaws was given to Sandi Farris for review and will be discussed further at our next meeting.
Sponsors:
We discussed our Directory and the need for Sponsors. Sponsor sign-up sheets were handed out to the in attendance and a deadline of April 25th, 2004 set for ads to be turned in. Our Directory needs to be completed for distribution no later than mid June and this should give up time to accomplish this. The costs of the ads were discussed and incentives for advertising with our club. It was decided that for a sponsorship gift of $40.00 and up, a small thank you gift should be personally delivered to the sponsor as a show of good will. All agreed and will put this in place. A reminder that one credit of block time will be given for each ad of $80.00 or more to members.
