Now Evangelion is a series worth watching. Why? Cause it's one of those weirdo things that makes you think, analyze symbolism in every single corporeal thing, and dare I say reponder your lifestyle? I could try to give a brief summarization of the series, but that would only be a futile exercise as the plot is so friggin' complicated with sub-plots and undersub-plots that have all tangled together into this intricate web of animation... it'd take too long! >_< The two characters featured on the wallscroll are Rei Ayanami and Asuka Langely Sohryu. Now, one thing any idiot could clearly get out watching this series is that these two characters absolutely despise eachother, and would never be in the pose shown here. Hell, I imagine Asuka turning around and slapping Rei, who would never be so bold as to even touch another human being. Still, the wallscroll is kinda sexy... and I say that as a gay man.
I also got this wallscroll from Kenny a few years back, and promptly hung it behind my door prior to receiving it, but it always got in the way of my doorknob, so half of me isn't sorry to see this go... the half of me that wants my door to be opened without interference, that is.
