
So, you wanna know about
Dome Rules?

1. Our
interest is having fun and making friends.
2. The game is played as follows.
A. The game begins with the three letter round,
topic General Acrophobia.
B. The winner of the round, as selected by the Bot,
will make up a topic for the next round unless the round ends with a
Face Off.
C. The topic will be entered in the "Chat
Box" using the "/st" Topics Command in AcroChallenge
followed by the your topic.
D. The other players will attempt to follow the
topic in creation of their Acro.
E. During the voting round, vote for the Acro that;
1. Follows the topic.
2. In your opinion was the best Acro.

RULES FOR TOURNAMENT PLAY:
1. No pandering, using team mates names or team
names in your acro.
2. No use of all Caps
3. Only the Captains of the teams will handle any
outsider that should happen to come in. They usually do this by calling
for TIME OUT IN CHAT. (please do not talk in chat until the non-team
member has left or has been removed) At this time they will explain to
the outsider what is going on and ask them to find another room to play
in. If the outsider refuses to leave then the Captains will ask the team
to do /complain.
4. No sex topics. In some tournament innuendoes are
allowed as long as they aren't graphic or explicit. You will be advised
before the game rather it is a Clean game or if Innuendoes are
allowed.
5. Follow the Guidelines as set down by TeamAcro
6. THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE IS TO HAVE FUN

Officer
Duties
CAPTAIN
Maintain the WebPage.
Handle any problem that arises
that affects the team.
Schedule Tournaments.
See that Tournaments are covered.
Recruit New Players.
Make minor decisions affecting
the team.
CO-CAPTAIN/SECRETARY
Be a Tourney Captain from time to time
Send out reminders the night before a match
Add players names to calendar when they sign up for matches
Help see that Tournaments are covered
Attend TA Captain meetings when Captain is unavailable
Help recruit New Players
Assist in minor decision making affecting
the team
Act as Captain when Captain is away
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Will have the same responsibilities
as the Co-Captain when the Co-Captain is away or unavailable at the time.
Will act as Co-Captain
Will be in charge of the Web
Page
Help recruit new players
Attend TA Captain Meetings when Captain is away.
Send out Tournament Reminders
to players the night before a game.
Assist with any other correspondence
that needs to be sent to the membership
Act as Tourney Captain when needed.
TOURNAMENT CAPTAINS
Lead Tournaments when the above
Officers are unavailable.
Handle any problem that arises
during the tourney, unless it is a major problem then it should be referred
back to the Captain or Co-Captain.
Find back-up players if tournament
is short because of server problems or last minute notification that member
cannot play.
Handle any outsiders that come
into the game
Report the results of the Match and MFT to Captain
immediately following the game.
Tournament Captain is to do /al
in all tournaments and select one other player to do the same in case the
Tournament Captain is booted. A copy of the log should be sent to the Captain
after match.
