We are living a very important moment. The competition in business is more and more difficult and that's why in the recent past the men inside the organisation became so important for many companies. And that's why new structures are been experimented in many organisations. Today the life and the competition are faster and ever-changing so new way of work are needed. For this and for other reasons every company have to develop a good system for its internal communication, otherwise it will die. Surely everyone communicate, but there are many bad forms of communications and there isn't only a right way to communicate. That's why this place exists: to offer space to discuss about how ti improve the comunication inside an organization.

Today the Internet and the Intranets are powerful instruments to develop new methods to work together, and I think that if it's important to develop the internal communication to work better, it's important to communicate and to exchange experiences to develop the internal communication.
That's why I decide to start this list and to offer this space to everyone who want to collaborate.
