| 99. The Prison Warden: He is one of the most cool looking characters in all of Outlaw Star. They really did a good job drawing this character. These are definetly my favorite shots of the Warden but I would take similar cels of the Warden. (Episode 22) |

| 92. Suzuka: The Suzuka cels from episode 26 maybe her best drawn. I like the way the animator makes her look in this episode. She really does look a little different but I really cannot put the difference into words. Maybe she looks a little more realistic. Theses are definetly two of my most wanted Suzuka cels. | 95. Aisha: What can I say about this shot? Very sexy shot of Aisha looking seductive that has a cool background to boot. (Episode 23) |

| 100. "Hag" from Planet Tenrei: I like this little character despite her 3 seconds of air time. This is probably the hardest scene to get on my whole list but I still really want this cel. It is cool to see the whole cast in the shot even though most of them are facing the "Hag". (Episode 23) |

| 97. Gene: This is one of the coolest shots of Gene in the whole series. I love the expression on Gene's face. Having the background for this shot would not be necessary. (Episode 18) |

| 98. Gene with shades: Had I not had cel of Gene with shades on already this shot would have been in the top 20. I still feel this is a better shot than the one I have a cel of. I would probably sell the one I had if I could get this shot. (Ep. 13) |

| 93. Gene: This cel appears at the very beginning of episode one right before the title screen. This is one of the few times that Gene looks deep into thought. The background in this scene is also very nice. (Ep. 1) |

| 94. The Whole OLS crew: I considered placing this shot a lot higher on my list. Afterall, this is one of only a handful of shots that have the whole crew in it. Even though it is the best non-opening whole group shot it is still not very well drawn. I think they did a poor job with Jim's expression this scene. (Ep. 19) |
