The reason I bought this cel: This is one of those cels that I first saw and really liked. Some times I see a cel and for no particular reason really become enthralled with it. I really like the art from episode 26. In this particular scene Gene's eyes seem to be glowing. The background made by Moonshine cels is really amazing. The background really makes the features of the cel standout.
