Pet Contract of Sale

 

This Contract has been drawn to protect the ATARI bloodlines and to prevent any future disagreements between the parties herein referred to as BUYER and SELLER .  These terms and conditions are entered into and agreed upon by both BUYER and SELLER and they acknowledge the moral and legal worth of same.

The above dog has been examined by SELLER (S) veterinarian and found to be healthy in all respects as stated on the signed health certificate accompanying the dog.  The dog has been properly vaccinated and treated for internal parasites as noted on the health record.  Therefore there sill be no cash refunds unless other wise stated under “additional conditions”

 

SELLER will provide BUYER with the above dog’s pedigree and health records on or before day of shipping or pick up.  This dog will carry Limited Non-Breeding registration. Registration papers will be forthcoming upon payment in full, return of SELLER’S shipping crate if SELLER’S crate was used to transport the dog to BUYER and upon proof of spay/neuter.

 

SELLER guarantees this dog until the age of 26 months against crippling Hip Dysplasia.  The presence of crippling Hip Dysplasia must be determined by an official OFA report.  Upon. SELLER  receiving written confirmation from a licensed veterinarian of euthanasia of said dog, SELLER will replace same with a dog of equal value at the seller’s convenience.  BUYER agrees to transfer all registration papers to seller and submit the original OFA report as proof of crippling Hip Dysplasia.

 

Buyer agrees to take this dog to a veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase for a health examination.  If Veterinarian finds The  presence of an  infectious disease BUYER may return dog for a full refund.

 

BUYER agrees to never breed this dog and to have same spayed/neutered before the age of six months.  This dog will reach the age of six months on_______/______/______ and must be spayed/neutered before that date or the buyer is in breach of contract.  All guarantees become null and void if dog changes ownership.
