Topic closed." What "anti-semitism" Are all my post "topic" going to be closed becaused I state the name of the ones involve. I am posting to let tenants know that the L&T court is producing fake documents. The officials are violating federal, state and city laws and whose behalf they were done for. If a judgment for $11,000 + can suddenly be put against your name, that was never on your credit report, that no one has ever contacted you about, and that was done by the NYPD while complaint filed with CCRB against 2 NYPD officers, HPD, USPS and others, is not to be known--why can it not be stated And if listing the names of the judges that went along with this criminal act, and on who's behalf it was done, while everyone go around ignoring the law does not make me "anti" anything. Why is everyone trying to hide the fact that this was done. And why it was done. That this is really DISCRIMINATION, and not "anti-Semitism" Why do the District Attorney's offices see no crimes in what is going on? Why should the police and everyone else continue with their abuse and violating of me and my son's Civil Rights Is it not a criminal act to forged court documents? Is it not a criminal act to sign these forged documents? Is it not a criminal act by saying this eviction took place for the police, court, and permission given by them to my family to go around distributing and giving copies of my journal to whomever they please? Why should my journal that was 6 1/2 years old when this "eviction" supposedly happen in 2004 be made publicly available. It was in a seal box up until 2001. So why should tenant, and everyone else not know what is going on. Why should I be subject to the abuse, mistreatment and everything else from these people. People already know what happen at the courthouse and the way I was treated in 2004. I hope there are some of them here. So they can see what is happening. And the DA's does not see something seriously wrong with this picture? Is it right to do these things? To publicly riducle, embarass and humiliate me on behalf of the people mentioned, and family members behalf. And then to go around telling me I am anti-Jew. And do you honestly think any lawyer would take my case knowing what's going on, and the correct agencies refusal and negligence to do anything about the laws that are broken? I guess this post will also be deleted or closed, but the real truth of the matter is what is staring you in your face. Federal, State, City laws broken b the ones who are suppose to uphold it, and the blatant mistreatment of both me and my son's Civil Rights, another Federal Law that the court, police and those in position of authority, can twist for their corrupt pleasure. Bad people are bad people. We definitely need to stop making these types of comments on this board. There is no need to identify people by their ethnicity or religion if it has nothing to do with the problem. My LL is a bad person because he's a bad person, not because he's of a particular ethnicity or religion (or race, gender, etc., etc.) Second, you messages are run-on and smack of paranoia. If you have specific facts to expose, then fine, but we don't need a book that no one can understand. Honestly, after the first sentence I can't read the rest of it. NYPD has nothing to do with your credit report. You see this as a conspiracy, but it sounds paranoid. You speak in terms on conclusions. Learn to speak in facts. The first time was, thankfully, lost in the Great Crash. It just seems that everyone from Con Ed to UPS to Verizon to The Home Shopping Network to The Onion to Elaine Chao to the entire justice system is involved in this conspiracy to spy on you, steal your packages, mess with your email and expose your sex life. And the long-winded story is not something that really belongs here over and over again. Just my 2 cents. Here are my responses, Why is it that when you speak the truth of government corruption and cover-ups, you always need help. I did not make any "slur" against any ethnicity. Please point it out. Putting the names of the people involve is a "slur?" And as for their ethnicity, it is mentioned because why else am I being discriminated against. Responses; I am surprise that I am still here at all and able to post. You are right it was the second time I post anything of this nature, except for this one (makes that 3 post) that is asking if stating what happen is wrong. Again they are identify by their religion because that is the fact, as to why nothing is done, and why this happen. I sound paranoid to you all. Well, let me see you get something telling you "out of the blue" that you owe them over $11,000 dollars. And it was done for you to "move on." Why, because of this exact situation that is now ongoing, of every official pretending that it neever happen. Let's see what I should move on and forget. 1. The judgment. Which landlord or anyone is going to rent you somewhere, when this massive judgment is against your name 2. Because you cannot rent anywhere, you will have to then stay put, and take being laugh at, and abuse. 3. Speak about it, and you are "smack dab" put in a position that the ones allowed "free reign" to laugh and say what they want, is now pissed and angry that they are exposed. A judgment of this amount, or any amount period, would have surely being listed as public knowledge on your credit. So how is it that neither I, welfare, my sister (s) when they first heard of it in August 2004. The bank, the school FA offices, no collection agencies every contacted you about this judgment. No marshal--please don't tell me that it's because it wasn't enforce--they would have been in contact whether the one assigned the case was alive or dead. Bleary-Eyed, I never say anyone stole my packages. I never said the LAbor Secretary was involved. Yes, my diary did make it to the Onion's paper. And was done so by the NYPD, as a form of continued abuse and humiliation. My group knows this was about me, and so do everyone that read my site. One even went to the point of saying something in reference to a Jamaican song, having to do with licking or...with that part of the atonomy. The fact was also made known that I was Jamaican. I never mentioned this. And if you know that I said the Labor Secretary was involved, obviously you click the link. Because the only other issue of the Onion with this headline, was one referring to the Supreme Court Justice, Mrs. Oconnor and her retirement. What do you think the message was? Since I was to get "NOTHING" and "EVERYONE" is involved. After mentioning this issue, the President,and the Defense Secretary all had headline having to do with "smut" and "smear." No other issue dating back to as far as April 25, 2005, has anything of the kind. The paper just reported the news. So tell me, did this idea suddenly strike them? As to ConEd, since this page is incomplete you have not seen the video of the inspector telling me he needed to come in my basement to cut the light for the neighbor's house. Or the other time another 2 came by, wanting to get down there to cut the light again for the neighbor's house. This is due to the fact, as stated by another Inspector from Energy Services, telling me that this "loop" was done 60-70 years ago. And think of all the time ConEd has made improvement to electricity, yet no improvement was ever done to the property throughout all the families that owned the house prior. And where is this, "an emergency order has been issued to fix it" is? How about every month the CS Reps telling me to check the remote reading, and that they read it remotely during 2 reading in 2004, when 2 meter readers actually came in the basement and read it. All this is mentioned because obviously the messages on my answering machine that suddenly erased themselves--one of them is of the old HHA saying that she was there when they came. I am assume they think I did not put this on something else, so I dont have it? And finally, when they send the meter tech, the first thing she told me was there is no remote reading, because it wwas covered over by whomever did the construction on the house. The same thing the first guy told me who read the meter the first month after we moved in. And the construction to the house, was done prior to me moving in the basement. So we can go ahead and make fun. Did you see the court documents of the evictions. Did you read what is written next to them to explain why they are fake. Since we have this board, we are knowledgeable about these things, so please do not fool the ones here who don't know. Maybe you missed all the notary's who sign and stamp these documents, in both Brooklyn and Queens. Some of these papers are stamp for the same day. Some Documents that were to be served before others, are stamp after but saying they were served when they were to be served. Who do we think we are kidding here? And all of these things and every agency that engage and falisy their records to benefits the "ethnicity" of the ones mentioned. Why is it that the DA (District Attorney's) offices, is brushing off my complaint like there is no criminal acts committed here. And even have the Queens one telling me how interesting my email is, and is asking me to advice him on what to do. Not to mention that this humiliation and embarassment already happen to both of us at his school, when I was called there on bogus pretenses. This by teachers who had him and know his character. Visit the doe page #3 to see his report cards, and what they had to say about him, yet that happen. Go figure! I have seen him withdraw into himself when he or I is being publicly laughed at, as happen yesterday when I went to hang out the laundry. The neighbor in 12706, who was at her window kept looking at me and laughing, and so did her boyfriend or brother. It's amazing that people in authority can do this, and when something like what happen at Columbine, or other school shootings, you hear how the child was this or that. Maybe every official who is a part of this, is waiting for either him or I, to act out. Not to mention the danger they have put his life in. So going to school tomorrow and anytime after that, with everyone knowing that now the DA's are also a part of this, makes it doubly worse. So before you enjoy the privelege that everyone is afforded--to laugh at me, and call me paranoid, maybe you can also tell your members how; 1. This judgment and eviction all came about in August of 2004, while at the chief of police office 2. Since CCRB is the one who handles "abuse of authority" and "color of law" complaints committed by officers of the force, why was the complaint send to the Chief Of Police, then to the Chief of Patrol, then to Bklyn Borough South, then back to the 71st precinct...the originator of all this. And then, Given to the NYSE, where 2 different officers all claim to be calling from NYCHA, and one of them getting my complaint from Susan of Postal Inspector office, and an officer. A complaint was filed against Susan with OIG (office of Inspector General) where the Rep tells me her name is "Agent 77" This CCRB complaint was never assigned an investigator, even while going througout the different police departments. And no one knew how the NYSE got it. Would you like me to post the links to my credit reports? Maybe one of these reports 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004 have the judgment listed--and my paranoia wont let me see it. I could go on and on, because this is just hitting the surface, but maybe someone here get what I am speaking of. And the treatment in the courthouse by the personnels, why not one judge wanted to look at the documents, and kept repeating "statue of limitation" or how I got a date to vacate the judgment, but was told to go to see the judge and this order denied without me serving it to the defendants. Or maybe you can tell me if an "order for possession" suddenly becomes an "eviction order" instead. And this eviction has the landlord with one of my property she said I only had in the apartment, in her basement. And when do you get an eviction for a MDR in L&T court? This is only granted in the Supreme Court. And neither she or her attorney, filed any such motion. The eviction was granted in L&T. Her attorney didn't know this? Let's not fool ourselves, or the one who don't know. Every judge knew and sign these fraudulent documents, including the judge who deprive me of these belongings that were stolen by the former LL and her children. All knew and participated in these criminal acts. And as Legal Aid tells me when this first started. I need a "private attorney" for this. And when you do not have money for private attorney, this is what happen. They already was aware of what happened, because she said my name and hung up the phone when I never tell her who I am. I call back, of course, where she proceeded to tell me I cannot mix oranges and apples. I don't understand what she's talking about. She doesn't seem to understand her prior comments were offensive. Most of what she says do not seem to involve tenant issues, although an eviction figured in there somewhere. Nowhere does the OP state if she's in court or the DHCR, on what grounds, the status of the case, the grounds of the case, what the LL is doing that is right or wrong, etc. There's really nothing to discuss. I do not have time to read her web site to which she refers. So once again, we're closing this topic. but with the warning. If the OP wants to describe the problem in 2-3 sentences, then maybe someone might listen. Are you in housing court? Do you have a case with DHCR? is the LL overcharging you, taking away services, harassing you? Yes or No. I don't want to know how you feel. I don't want to hear about your son's classmates. I don't want to hear about Con Ed. If you can't say it succinctly, then this is not the place for your questions. Sweetie, you're trying our patience. If there are other problems, they are probably beyond the scope of this board and the OP would likely be best consulting with professionals.
