Today, I received an email in regards to my complaints from the Brooklyn DA's office telling me that I should be contacting the DOI because the root of my problem is about a marshal. While at the Chief of Police office, complaint filed with the CCRB against 2 NYPD officers, HPD, USPS and others were given to the NYSE. Two NYSE officers call me each pretending to be calling from NYCHA. I also got an eviction and judgment of over $11,000 put against my name. This was all done on behalf of several Jews from the Crown Height Jewish Community, and family members. And it all happen as of August of 2004. HPD complaints were filed against Mr. Boas (Jew), Mr. Benjamin (Jew), my aunts and others. So it was done out of retaliation, and for payback. Do you think DOI is going to do anything about my complaint, when thanks to them and the DOB, my aunt was able to pull off a "scam" when she tried to sell her house. This house, that was brought by Mr. Boas. The HPD complaints regarding the house was also about Mr. Boas. Complaint letters for Mr. Boas from HPD about the collapse ceiling, peeling paint, was given to the letter carrier, thrown in the mail slot early the next morning after a package from FedEx arrive for the upstairs tenant, Mrs. Prudence Campbell-Kirkland. This was impossible as was told to me by the St. John's branch of the post office because the carriers did not leave for the street as yet. My child support check was then open and resealed the next day, by Ms. Campbell, after filing complaint with the postal service. The support check comes from NYCHA, so the calls from these NYSE officers were obviously made knowing this. No one knew how the NYSE got the complaint. The complaint also travel to different dept of the NYPD. CCRB gave it to COP, who send it to Chief of Patrol, then to Brooklyn Borough South, then to the 71st precinct. The first NYSE officer who called me said he got my complaint from Susan of Postal Inspector's office, and an officer. I found out it was NYSE after receiving the 2nd call after moving to Queens. This was by calling back the number, and being told that no one was there by either name, and that the call did not come from there. After telling her it did, because I have caller ID and *69 the number, her tune change to them receiving a lot of calls from people lately thinking they were NYCHA, and she already notify Verizon about this. My phone conversation was also illegal recorded by the NYPD, the Jews mention and several others. These are just the names of the ones I knew. The judge who sign the fraudulent court documents judge Sikowitz. Judge Maria Ressos who denied me from vacating the judgment. In the small claims judge Nadelson, well she did say the eviction issues could be heard, but court was adjourn and the case got assigned to another judge. This is judge Loren-Bailey Shiffman, who not only fraudulent sign another decision, but the lies and deceit she claims I testify to in front of her. So this judgment and eviction was made up by the NYPD and the court, backdated to 1998 to reflect "statue of limitation" and assigned to a dead marshal. As to the eviction. my diary that the NYPD (thanks to my cousin and aunt for giving them copies) has, have been passed out to whoemever they want to give it to. This means it was shared with the people around Queens who know what was happening, and has now gone statewide etc to further embarass me. I am being laughed at, ridicule, viewed with hatred and contempt, pre-judge, threaten by family members, and the public who is now angry that I am speaking about this. NYPD has so obviously endanger me and my son's life by everything they did and continue to do. My cousin and other family can also go around passing out copies of my journal also. She threw a copy at me on the last day of the small claims hearing 11/29/04, yet my stuff was supposedly evicted. My journal was in a sealed box inside the apartment. So these family members were also given permission to keep my belongings that they stole, and the court then deprive me of these property. Not to mention the notary's both in Queens and Brooklyn who sign these fraudulent court documents. Can a judgment for that amount exist without you knowing about it? Would welfare know about it? How was it never on your credit report? Where did it come from? ConEd also "loop" the house to the neighbor's prior to me moving in. So the NYPD and these neighbors are spying on me. They also have video tape me "pleasuring myself" in the privacy of my own home, and is laughing about it all. This mistreatment goes from one department to the other, and all in authoritative position think it is their right to continue to humiliate and embarass me. These people in Queens were told to pretend like they don't know what's happening. So all family members, officials and Jews who went to Queens, prior to me moving there and did all this can say I am crazy if I say this is happening. Strange men were to know me, my name and whenever I go out, people knows I am the one being mistreated. They laugh, jostle their friends and even Jamaica Hospital when I went there, the day my grandmother was admitted, it went spreading around. In the ReHab center, one of her ex-roomates call me by my cousin's name becase she heard the staff laughing and talking about me. They called the name Debbie, the name of my cousin, and she though I was Debbie. The next day she had hearing problems when she only had foot problem, and said she did not hear too well. But when her daughter came to see her that night, the first thing was "that's her" And there they sat talking how my family was the ones involve in doing this, and all that is happening. The HHA from MetroCare who came to take care of my grandmother can one day call me degoratory name, and state how she "laugh after me" when she heard what was happening. This she is loudly telling her friend when she thought we all went back to bed. The other HHA who claims she don't know anything tells me to ask her if she knew my cousin. Do you not think she owuld have mentioned it the first time she came to work for us. And this same HHA, is calling me on the phone, knowing my conversations is being taped, wanting me to tell her what the small claims decision said, my diary, etc. I am sure they intended to use these conversations I had with her if it goes to court. Like I did not know what was happening. But you can also see where the only 2 person I spoke with, thinking they were friends, also was letting my phone calls be recorded illegally. The officials have also falisfy their records for Mr. Boas and family. Now the NYPD, and the companies involve is on a vendetta to have me arrested. Please do not post any replies that I an "anti-Jew" etc because this is what everyone will first, and how that why nobody will help me. It is what they tried after the INSANITY deal did not work. To turn it around on me, while they ignore what was done and who allowed it to happen. Does anybody see any crimes committed here against me? These are not worth of the DA's office investigation? Exactly where does the real DISCRIMINATION lies. I can tell you that each judge knew, and participated in it wilfull. I won't even begin to mention the way I was treated at the court 141 Livingston by the personnel's on 8/23/04 and 8/25/04 when I went there first and secondly. And since all this was done while they claim that I am getting "Nothing" they the NYPD, judges, court and now it seems the DA office is making sure of that. Can people really behave and act this way without anything being done about it. Mr. Boas, Benjamin, the other neighbor from 712 Montgomery and a few others were the ones who along with Mrs. Campbell help, went around my aunt's house and let her sign these documents. This could only happen because of the Chief's involvement, and someother person in the government that my aunt and cousin (the ones who sold the house to Mr. Boas)knew. This cousin has served over 20 years in the US AirForce. She also now works for the USPS. You can see why they think it is their right to open my mail (even the carrier in Queens have done it) on more than one ocassions, and someone in the Office of Attorney General can tell me her name is "Agent 77" If you think this cannot happen to you, well think again. I wonder how many more officials who investigates these kinds of crimes and wrongdoings, is going to brush me off while telling me they will not investigate these crimes.
