They have engange in color of law, violation of my Civil Rights, abuse of authority, mistreatment, public ridicule and scorn, out of retaliation, and for me filing complaints. The results is my check being opened and resealed. A judgment of $11,050.00 and an eviction put against my name, while the complaint was filed with CCRB (against 2 NYPD officers and other agencies, etc). The judges I appear before, the notary's who sign and stamp these fraudulent documents, all knew what was going on. The eviction was a permission from the court and police for family members, and others to go around calling me degoratory name, tell people about me and give them my diary. They have given them permission to keep my property they stole, while depriving me of these. The judge decision of the small claims hearing contain lies that I testify to things in front of her. My complaint from CCRB was send to Chief of Police-Chief of Patrol-Brooklyn Borough South-71st precinct. It was given to NYSE where 2 officers call me in regards to it. One telling me he got it from Susan of Postal Inspector's office. No one knows how NYSE got this complaint. The eviction and judgment was backdated and assigned to a dead marshall. This mistreatment came from Brooklyn to Queens, where I move to. Everyone their is now laughing at me, and have all kind of things to say about me. ConEd and other officials have let the light be "loop" from the basement to the neighbor's house, where I am being watched, recorded and on display for everyone's amusement. ConEd has come around on 2 ocassions wanting to get in the basement to cut the light fof the neighbor's house. An inspector from Energency Services has told me that it was built like that on houses 60-70 years ago. An "order has been issued to fix it" but there is no order, to this day. The meter was read by their people twice, yet they kept telling me it was read remotely on those 2 ocassions. Even telling me to go outside and read it, when they know it has been covered up by the construction done on the house prior to us moving there. One of the meter gus even tell me this when he came. I have received threats, send complaints to Brooklyn DA, Queens DA, IAB, NY FBI and others. The result is someone in FBI tells me there is nothing federal, and hung up. Bklyn DA has tell me the root of my problem is with a marshal. Queens DA has tell me my email is interesting, and is asking me advice on what to do. IAB has hung up the phone on me when I call to see who the case is assigned to. They pick up and hung up again after the phone kept ringing. And the 2nd complaint to IAB resulted in one party involve driving by saying "why don't I come just outside" So no one sees any crimes in all this and more that is going on. I also call 311 today and tell her what's happening, she put me to the Bar and that lady hung up after I said Hello twice. My question is how can everyone let this happen, and not do something about it. There are a lot more issue, but even AOL and my webhost has illegally accessing and changing things in my account. So is everyone waiting for osomeone to harm me or my son, the situation the NYPD and court so obviously put me in if I started to speak about this? When You are Done...
