That is the mistreatment, and violations of me and my son Civil Rights. This started in Brooklyn, went to Manhattan, then to Queens, and is now all over. I file an online complaint with CCRB 8/6/04 against 2 NYC officers from the 71st precinct in Brooklyn. This is regarding how I was called a whore-complaint file 6/9/04 that the clerk listened to, but never took. My check being opened and resealed by Ms. Prudunce-Camppbell-Kirkland on 8/5/04 after filing complaints with USPS regarding me handing mails to letter carrier 8/3/04, which was then thrown back in my slot 8/4/04, after a FedEx package came for her that morning. The St. John's branch tells me that was impossible since the carriers hadn't leave for the street as yet. Filing complaint with HPD about the house condition. Filing complaints with DOI regarding my aunt "scam" of selling the house because she wanted us (especially me) to move. Filing complaints against USPS employees Susan of Postal Inspector--complaints to Postal Inspector and OIG, etc. I file complaint with DOI and 311, and DOE. I have send email complaints to Brooklyn DA, Queens DA and the NY FBI office, and now the links on my website are all disable (the ones that has link to freewebs). Each agency, city and state engange in this criminal conduct involving even the court, etc--and now everyone is joining in violating my Rights because I am speaking about it, and saying the names of those they want covered up. This involves, Prejudice, Discrimination (financial and race), Racism and Bigotry. It is extensive and even a Washington newspaper have them smearing and bodly making fun of my site. Now all their issue have something to do with Smut since I point this out, and even the President, Defense Secretary and the Labor Secretary has join in this sly campaign. My complaint with the CCRB went to several different departments in the police agencies, and was never assigned an investigator until 9/23/04 when it went back to the 71st precinct. It went to the Chief of Police, Chief of Patrol, Brooklyn Borough South to the 71st precint. While in the Chief of Police office, I saw an investigator went upstairs to see Ms. Campbell even though I was told that's not so. Anyway an eviction and judgment of $11,000 + was entered against my name. No one has ever contacted me about this judgment. Never, and I have been on and off welfare several years back. It was never listed on my credit reports and I have several. These fraudulent court records were backdated to 1998, and assigned to a dead marshal Erskine G. Bryce. It was also given to NYSE, where 2 officers called me from there pretending to be calling from the NYCHA on 2 different ocassions (one when I move to Queens) all the while being told that no one was assigned to it. My aunt Cynthia McLaughlin sign these fraudulent documents, with malice and because they stole my belongings that she kept in the apartment for years. And because all these complaints were in against the different employees of the different agencies, they all retaliated. They did this for family members, and the Jews involve benefit. My diary was in a sealed box inside this apartment, and my cousin, aunt went around giving out copies to everyone. Because of the fraudulent court records the NYPD, court and marshal office produce, they have copies of my journal that they are passing out amongst themselves, and laughing about it. This started happening in Brooklyn. They brought it to Queens, so before I move here people were aware of what happen. Notary's in Queens also sign and stamp these fraudulent documents. Everyone is saying I am imaging these things, and it was done because I am a loner. The people in Queens knows which officers, family members, etc did all this--but everyone was told to pretend it's not happening. With ConEd's cooperation the construction that was done on the house prior to me moving in, was "loop" to the house next door. They are watching monitoring my every move. Some of these government agencies have falisfy records for the benefits of the individuals. I was even called by my cousin's name in the Rehab Center my grandmother is in by her ex-roommate. Of course it was then said she don't hear too well because she call me this name saying she heard the staff laughing and talking about me, and call me Debbie. She though it was my name. This diary was 6 1/2 years old went they did this in 2004. The NYPD and family members even had guys around here "strangers" ready to say they know me. They pass by the house laughing about it asking the person "what did they say my name was again--Scott" I am sure it was the intention of them to have me arrested for prostitution, and deportated if I say anything about it. Now that I am the treatment is getting worse and involving more officials. This was done with full knowledge and understanding, and because my aunt stole money. jewelry, ID's (green card, SS cards, birthcertificates) etc form me several years ago. I do not have my green card as of today, because they were to replace it and didn't. So it was easy to make up and sign the fraudulent court records, because everyone knows this. If I went back to welfare for help, which is what I would probably end up doing, my aunt would also get money on this fake judgment. So not only was I deprived of property, and have this judgment against my name (was put there to blacklist me, and from ever renting anywhere), being mistreated by all, but being laugh at and ridicule, scorn, view with contempt and hatred, me and my son's life put in danger and no one doing anything about it, instead is breaking all these laws and their authorities--but while everyone continues to laugh at us, they are saying I don't want to work. And ignoring what happen , and is ongoing. And then we have them all waiting for me to leave my house, so the "accident" that I was threatened with from Brooklyn and now in Queens (I should have kept quiet and take being laughed at), these stranges--their familes--friends, that have already pre-judge me, and got to laugh (and still does knowing what's still going on), will and can act upon this behavior anytime, because they are angry that I speak about their knowledge of this This was also done with the full knowledge involving malice that if I start to speak about it, one of these strangers or even family members can harm or kill me and my son. This is what all the agencies who are to help, and the NYPD who is there to protect and serve has done to me and my son. We are now the laughingstock of the nation. My journal is trveling the globe while everyone publicly amuse themselves knowing the government agencies are involved. And it's all done because they wanted me to HAVE, GET Nothing, all the time telling people not to help me--except to laugh. Because everyone (including the fbi, and the president maybe) is telling all the wrongdoers that's it's OK to break the Law, to protect the Jews involve whose name they do not want mention, and because I do Now Everyone Knows and is participating in the MISTREATMENT. I wonder if anyone knows the laws anymore, and how can they put on their shields and badges knowing what they are doing.
