I am experienceing Discrimination, Abuse of Authority, Color of Law, and is being Publicly Humiliated, embarassed, ridiculed, viewed with hatred and contempt, laugh at, and my Civil Rights violated by City, State and other companies.The NYPD, etc has now embark on a malicious prosecution case against where they are trying to have me arrested, with the aid of some of the companies involved.





My aunt and cousin Hortense McDonald, and Rita Robinson (who has spend over twenty years serving in the USAirForce) put their house up for sale. It was a scam. Covererd up with the aid of DOI and BOD. I ask for my belongings from my other aunt, and was told that I was evicted, and the marshal got rid of my stuff. I know I was not evicted, so I file complaint against her with BOD. At the same time my other aunt Hortense put the house up for sale. No one could get in contact with the Real Estate Co listed on the sign. Because it was a Co located in North or South Carolina.





After filing the complaint with DOI, the house was sold to Mr. Boas in March 2004. I was called a w***e, one day while coming home from the laundry. I went to the 71st precinct to file a complaint and was told that they could do nothing. She did not took a report, but tell me she will do type it up later. After this everyone started knowing things about me. They knew when I came here, that I only had a Social security card, that my green card was stolen by my aunt Cynthia and children, from when I work to when I didn't. Names of people in my journal, etc. The threats started about what they should do to me, etc. These are all strangers. I hardly go anywhere. I have been living there for over 6 years amongst these same people without a problem.





I file complaint with HPD. These inspectors started acting inappropriately (coming there laughing and saying they don't want me to say they didn't come), and to put it anywhere. They claim they came and no one was home, but they did not even ring the bell, just drop the card in the mail slot. The ceiling were peeling. The bathroom ceiling collapsed, and they found this an Emergency. Inspectors inspected the whole place, it was noted, but they only kept coming in regards to the bathroom celing that collapse. It was tested for lead, but they found nothing. They have falisfy their report. I email Commissioner Donovan, and received a letter from one of the intake clerk who claims to work for him, and she only call the day we move. The letter contains misinformation and lies, and was from the Associate Commissioner.





My check was tampered with, and letters I gave to the carrier was thrown back through our mail slot early the next morning when a package came for Ms. Prudence Campbell-Kirkland earlier. These were the same mails given to the carrier. I file complaints with Postal Inspectors, OIG, USPS, etc. I was told that was impossible, because the carrier did not leave for the street yet. Ms. Campbell is a teacher with DOE. Nothing was being done about anything, except having people laughing claiming how no one was calling me back, and this time of treatment continued. Susan from Postal Inspector send me an email to contact her, and when I did she hung up the phone on me, after asking her why the person assigned to the complaint did not work for them anyone, and if she was even real





I call 911 about my check being tampered with--opened and then resealed--by Ms. Campbell, the cops came and then left. I was told they would return and they did not. I call back the number, and was asked where I got it from, and never to call it again. Was told that the cops would come, they had other priorities. After the witness I had left, they finally showed up (which was almost 2 hours later), and one of them took the check and ran his hands over it, saying I should be glad it was still there. They never took a report either. I finally file an online complaint with CCRB. It was send to the Chief of Police, Chief of Patrol, Bklyn Borough office, and finally back to the 71st precinct. All without being assigned an investigator. While at the Chief of Police office, it was given to NYSE who call me saying he was calling from the NYCHA. He said he got the report from Susan of PI and an officer, and wanted to know if I was on welfare.





Nobody knew how he got the complaint. After moving, I receive another call from another NYSE officer, this time about the housing issue. He wanted to know if I live in Gov't housing etc. I found out these calls were coming from the NYSE when I call back the number. They tell me no one was their by that name, and that these calls did not come from there. After informing her that they did because I also had caller ID, she said they have been getting a lot of calls from people recently thingking they were NYCHA, and that she already spoke to Verizon about this. Before moving I went to the court to have the case restored, and find out how come I was evicted and had a judgment for over $11,000 without knowing about it. It was denied, not to mentioned the disgusting, vile way I was treated at the courthouse, and where everyone was laughing at me.





I file a small claims hearing, and at the hearing it was the same thing. The judge did not want to hear the eviction issue, even though another judge said it could be heard. This judge kept stating "statue of limitation." She blatantly lied about what I testify to, had lies and deceit in the decisions, and obviously this was another fraudulent document produce by the court. All this was done for my aunt Cynthia McLaughlin, who sign these fraudulent documents. And each judge I appear before knew that these documents were fraudulent. So the court deprived me of my belongings, made up these documents, backdate it to reflect statue of limitation, and assign it to a dead marshal. My journal was in the apartment in a sealed box with my belongings, and by claiming I was evicted from in 1998, my cousin, Debbie Cynthia's daughter could continue to go around passing out copies to whomever she chooses. She did it with the court personnel's, the NYPD, and other who laugh at me, and did nothing except gave their permission to my family to keep my belongings they stole, and to continue passing out my journal





This happen while everyone said it's not, and it was done because of my financial situation. Since they did not return my greencard that they stole years back, they can do this--embarass me, have everyone know the details of my journal--let everyone laugh at me about all that is happening, while they have the backing of the NYPD, marshal office, court who said I was evicted. She even threw copies of my journal at me in the courtroom, while the judges assistant and a guard pretended not to see. Before moving to Queens, the house was "loop" with ConEd's knowledge, participation to the house next door, so I can be spied on while everyone knows what I do inside my house. I have no privacy. My son is also subject to these things, and it was done with my family permission. The NYPD officers, family members, and others who went to Queens before I move there and let everyone aware of everything, was told to pretend like they have no idea what's happening, while they laugh at me whenever I go out. It goes from one person to the other, the cops, nurse stalff, ambulette drivers in the hospital, etc all do this. On the train people jostle each other stating that I am me. The one everyone is mistreating, laughing about it and saying how everyone tell them to pretend like it's not happening. One of my grandmother's roomate call me by my cousin's name thinking that was me, because she heard the staff laughing and talking about me, and calling me Debbie.





So now I speak about what's happening and my life is being threaten again. No one is doing anything, because this involves Jews that nobody wants to say is involve. The NYPD has also send my journal all over, and even the HHA's who comes here to take care of my grandmother when she was at home, one stated how I was a b***h, and how she laugh after me with her friends (this she said while speaking to one on her phone when she though everyone went back to bed in the house), the other saying she don't know anything about it, but can tells her friend about how famous I am becoming. This is before I started amking the site. She laughs about it, and has laugh about it with her ex-boyfriend (as she claims) who does not live too far from us. The video these people next door made of me before they move, she is laughing about but stating she has no idea of it. Yet she is calling me on the phone to let me tell her what is in the small claim decision, my journal and everything else. This she can give to the court where they can edit it and say I did testify to this in front of the judge. I should point out that these judges knew all that happen, including the "loop" on the house, and again sit back and laugh about what's going on--how I am been embarrassed, their part in continuing it, and everything else that is going on.





I have file email complaint with the Kings County DA, Queens DA, NY FBI office, and had all the links hosted on my website disable. After finling complaint with the NYC Special Investigator on Judicial Bias related matters Desiree Kim, OAG Internet Fraud Bureau, and IAB they were again enable. My account has been fraudulent accessed, and instead of investigating what's going on, they are trying to find ways to say to get me on something. They took it to my son's school, and I was called there to be embarrassed, humiliated by the principal, dean and another teacher. He lost his phone in school, someone found it and decided to call me and harass me knowing that I was worried something might have happen to him in school. Officer Brier, and cingular wireless customer care & his supervisor, verizon wireless have taken calls I tell one of the HHA was accidently erased from the answering machine, and mix it with the call I did make to make it appear that he called me when he left school, instead of while he was still in class. The Onion has printed a mockery of my website, thanks to the NYPD sending them copies of my journal wanting to embarass me with a long penis as their headline, and Labor Secretary and others making smutty comments as to "Blowjoblessness..." Only one copy other than this had anything remotely similar and it had to do with the Supreme Court. Since emailing the paper, the Labor Dept and the US State Dept, they have since then have you in the headline with 2 similar material, the Defense Secretary doing the same, etc.





I seriously would like to know if this can happen, where this message can be send to everyone that even the Supreme Court, President, etc is in on this corruption and a clear violation of one's Civil Rights. Not to mention the discrimination, that one group can act like this with authority of officials, and the clear message everyone will get that this will happen to you if you complain about and mention their names. The abuse of authority, and color of law that these Federal, City and State laws can be violated in this manner. It has been said that everyone is involve, but the laws are there for a reason. I cannot believe that every DA's, US Attorneys, the FBI, and others who are there to investigate these matter, is letting this happen. The influence that my cousin and her mother has used that they know in the government, and the permission from the Chief of NYPD to let all this happen without doing anything, but telling everyone they can harm or kill me and my son is ABHORRENT. Any other person who did this, even me, will have been jailed for life already. I hope my complaint does not fall on deaf ears, because people on the internet, etc already are aware of certain things, and I will continue to post whatever response to my site, or lack thereof.
