Since DOI was responsible for my aunt Hortense McDonald, to scam and fraudulent try to sell her house at 710 Montgomery Street, Brooklyn NY 11213, and did nothing about it--this is how we know have a judgment of $11,050 against my name signed by Judge Sikotwz. Maria Ressos also took part in this scheme. All personnel's at the court was aware and knowingly took part. Mrs. Oligivee saw my cousin Deborah Knox, threw copies of my journal at me. They can do this because of an eviction made up by a Marshal, with the HC court at Livingston Street and other government offices. A complaint to CCRB was filed against 2 NYPD officers Shrek, and Johnson with HPD, USPS and other zgencies. This complaint went to Chief of Police (Officer LeBronz), Chief of Patrol (Officer Manvilla), Bklyn Borough office (PO Rodriguez) and to the 71st precinct (Sgt. Hernandez), all without beign assigned to an investigator. But this CCRB complaint made its way to NYSE. 2 different officers Insp Bauika & Sgt. Alexander or Alaverz call me pretending to be calling from NYCHA. Insp Bauika tell me he got my comlaint of "stolen check" from Susan Of Postal Inspector & an officer. I file for "tampered check" which was opened and resealed by Mrs Prudence Campbell-Kirkland (who works for DOE), and husbandafter I file complaint with USPS about her, that I gave mails to the carriers the day before for Mr. Boas (who finally brought the house from my aunt after the complaints to DOI was put in), most from HPD, about housing condition, that was thrown back in the slot early the next morning after a package came for her from FedEx. A complaint for Susan, was filed with OIG of USPS where that lady tells me her name is "Agent 77" An investigator went up to see Ms. Campbell (no one saw me), who then went with a neighbor from Montgomery Street around my aunt Cynthia McLaughlin house (Hortense sister), and there they sign this fraudulent eviction and judgment that was made of in August 2004. This all happen while the CCRB complaint was in the Chief of Police office. The judgment was so I would never be able to rent anywhere. The eviction is so family members, and the NYPD can show, give copies of my journal to whomever they want to embarass, humiliate, ridicule me and my son. This journal was in a seal box. A judgment that is backdated to 1998, and assigned to a dead marshal. No one knews, or contacted me, regarding this judgment. Not WELFARE, no collection agencies, no FA offices of colleges and training school, not the marshal's office when he was alive or dead. Not he BANK where I open an account. It was never on my credit reports. And it's for these reason why this mistreatment and inhumane situation is ongoing. It's why IAB can hung up the phone 2x, when I call to see whom my case was assigned to. Why NY FBI office is telling me there is nothing federal. Why the Kings DA's office is telling me to contact you, because the root of my problem is Marshal. Why the Queens DA's office is telling me my complaint is inteesting, and is asking me advice on what to do. So all this was done out of retaliation, and for filing complaints, and no one sees a crime in all this. My journal is now on the internet, and I am to be made fun of everywhere. I am mistakenly call by my cousin's name, Debbie, at the hospital because the lady hear the staff laughing and talking about it, and thought I was her. People in my journal that's now over 8 years, 7 back in 2004, is contacting me on my cell phone like I am to know who they are. Well since I do not have their cell phone #, never did, and have not spoken to them in all that time how can they have my # that I got in December 04. Cingular is telling me this phone was activated in June 04, it's on my credit report, all from the Montgomery Street address. I got the phone at the end of November-December, at the new address in Queens. I call the person back, asking who he was, and a lady is in the background saying, "Liar, you're going to be proven to be a liar" so obviously this person have knowledge that this is someone I'm to know. Maybe it's Martha Jarvis, the HHA who was assigned to my grandmother while in Queens, illegally listening in and taking part in my conversation, if not her then someone from the phone comapny. Martha claims she has no idea what's going on. So for yu to refer my case to the court with just judge Schiffman mention, what happen to the rest of my complaint, and am I suppose to have this fraudulent judgment sitting against my name, while everyone waits for me to step outside.
