Since there are a multitude of crimes committed by different department of the NYPD, the Chief of Police, the court and judges involved, in fraudulently making up court documents, and putting a judgment of $11,000 + against my name, are you telling me that you do not investigate this kind of thing? This eviction and judgment all came about August of 2004. No one knew of this, not even welfare. It was never on my credit report and it only happen after I file complaints against 2 NYPD officers with CCRB, that also include HPD, USPS and others. You do not investigate "color of law" "abuse of authority" "violations of a person's Civil Rights" "fraud" "mistreatment" etc, or why the CCRB felt it was their right to send my complaints filed against 2 NYPD officers, HPD, USPS and others to the NYSE. And you do not investigate how 2 officers can call me from the NYSE claiming to be calling from the NYCHA knowing details of my complaints. And that one of them state he got the complaint form Susan of Postal Inspector and an officer. Since the CCRB is the one who is suppose to investigate these complaints, why was it send to Chief of Police, Chief of Patrol, etc? How when I call back the number and found out they were NYSE, I was told that no officer call from there, and after the clerk found out I have caller ID and *69 the number, she changes her tune saying they already inform Verizon of how they have been getting a lot of call lately. You do not investigate wrongs, laws broken and violated by state and city agencies, or are you telling me that you, the DA's office is also discriminating against a Black female who file complaints against Jews and other Officials. Only to have them retiliate and do all this. Are you telling me that my complaints is not going to be investigated, because everyone who is protecting the Jews in the Crown Height Jewish Community, the ones who were able to tap my phone and illegally record my conversations along with the NYPD. That when the CCRB claim they send my complaints to the Chief of Police office, the Jews mentioned (and the one who name I do not know but is mentioned on my site), along with Ms. Campbell can take the fraudulent court documents around to my aunt's house and have her sign them--all part of everyone's way to get back at me. To have USPS send a package to Ms. Prudence Campbell-Kirkland by FedEX with the same mails I gave the carrier the day before for Mr. Boas, and have her throw these back in my slot. And then to have her open and reseal my mail because everyone is to know the amount of money I get for my son. And are you now a part of THEM who do not want me to say Jews are involve. The names of Mr. Boas, Mr. Benjamin, and the others I do not know. That all officials involve can falsify their records, and allow them to do all this, and this is something that you do not investigate. Or am I suppose to continue being laugh at and embarass thanks to all government officials who did all this on behalf of the Jews and my family members. The DA's office do not investigate the police passing my journal around, allowing my cousin to do so, and allowing the Jews mention to do so--and that this is why the eviction and judgment was made up. Because the ones trying to tell me it's not happening, I'm INSANE--the police and other companies all now trying to have me falsely arrested that I am on to it each time. Mr. Boas, the Jew is the one who brought the house from them, and whom complaints were made against to HPD. It is also HPD who send the mails (thrown back in the slots by Ms. Campbell) address for Mr. Boas. Because I cannot understand the DA's office telling me they do not investigate "Crimes" I am only PLAINLY stating some of what happen. The Jews are mentioned because they are involve, and is a part of this. Whenever I mention what happen I am being told that I am "bashing the Jews" "anti-Semitic" "anti-Jew" etc. And as I state if saying they are involve and listing their name makes me "anti" anything, then I guess I am. I have referred to "blacks" and "Indian" on my site--so the real reason you are now telling me you are not going to do anything is DISCRIMINATION, and for all to see that this is so. But since everyone was told not to help me, and since I am more than able to go into the court and represent myself pro-se, providing I do not get other judges who are involve in this situation, and who hide and disregard the law. By you not investigating the crimes committed, and telling me to go somewhere else, is this not a part of the corruption that is ongoing. This email is to file a complaint with your office regarding judicial abuse, government corruption &coverup, violations of me and my son's civil rights, color of law, and a host of other laws Federal, State and City that continues to be broken. On 8/23/04, the court at 141 Livingston Street in Brooklyn informed me that I was evicted back in 1998, and a judgment for $11,000 + was entered against me. The case was assigned to Marshal Erskine Bryce who is deceased. Since I was never evicted, nor knew of any money judgment against me, I ask for the records. Her attorney, Mr. Donald A Miles, who's listed on the court documents, told me he was a lawyer back then practing law, and he now works for a Supreme Court Judge as a law clerk in the Bronx. I was never contacted by any collection agencies, the marshal's office or anyone in regards to this judgment. I have been on and off welfare and not once was this eviction or judgment mentioned. It was never listed on my credit reports either. All the judges whom I saw, judge Maria Ressos, judge Nadelson, judge Loren Schiffman-Bailey and not to mention judge Sikowitz (who signature is on these fake documents, I never appear in front of her), knew these documents were made up. Judge Schiffman who sign the small claim decision # 6545, renders a decision of lies and deceit, including stating things I said at the hearing that I never spoke of. It also includes notary's Ashvin R. Patel, Maxine Morgan, Wendy A Russell and the process server Mr. Saunders, that are all included whom sign, stamp and notarize these documents. Some of these notary's are located in Queens, whereas I was living in Brooklyn back in 1998 when this supposedely took place. It was done out of retailiation, and because I file complaint against 2 NYPD officers. On 6/9/04 coming home from the laundry I was a w***e, laughing she a w***e, by 2 men driving by in a vechicle. I went to the 71st precinct in Brooklyn to file the complaint, and was told there was nothing they could do because I only had the first letter of the license plate. After the desk sergeant tell me to go inside and file the complaint (I had to wait while he went in and spoke to the clerk), I did and she never took a statement, just listened and when I ask her about this, she said she'd do it later. I was also ask by the DS if I did not see any "black" doing it, meaning calling me the degoratory name, because I tell him that it was 2 Jewish men I saw in the vechicle. I had file housing complaints against both my aunts Cynthia McLaughlin and Hortense McDonald, and tell the clerk that maybe they found out it was me who file the complaints, and that is why I was being called names. I had live in the neighborhood for over 6 years without anything like this happening. My aunt Hortense McDonald also sold her house at 710 Montgomery Street, but there was a scam involve in this operation. After being called the name, and nothing been done about it by the police, I file HPD complaints against the new landlord. I gave the mail carrier mails for him that was send to 710 Montgomery Street (he was not living there at that time), and the mails were thrown back through our slot early the next morning before the carriers left for the street. This was after a package came for the upstairs tenant Mrs. Prudence Campbell-Kirkland from FedEx. My check was then opened and resealed by Mrs. Campbell-Kirkland, and I then file complaint about this with the Post Office. I call 911 who send the cops, but they then left and when 2 eventually came, they never took my complaint. I file a CCRB complaint 8/6/04, against these two officers, Officer Shrek and officer Johnson, and everything else that was happening--and then my complaint was given to NYSE, by Susan of Postal Inspector's office, and a NYPD officer. This NYSE officer called me 8/26/04 for the first time. I then receive another call from another NYSE officer on 9/21/04 after moving into to S Ozone Park. These 2 officers Inspector Bauika and Sgt. Alexander or Alaverez, who told me they were calling from NYCHA, and I found out that it was NYSE on 9/21/04 after I call back the number asking for the officer. Was told that no one was there by that name, and no one called me from there. Was then told that they were having a lot of problem with calls for NYCHA lately from people, and they have inform Verizon of the problem. These NYSE officers knew what was in my complaint, and yet no one CCRB, or the different department that my complaint went to (Chief of Police office, Chief of Patrol, Brooklyn Borough South and then back to the 71st precinct) don't know how they got it because it was not assigned an investigator as yet. It was finally given to Sgt Hernandez on 9/23/05 who didn't know how they got it either. In these different department I spoke to Officer Manvilla, officer La Bronze, P.O. Rodriguez. The way I was treated in the court by all personnel's, and how I was told I could not file slander case at 141 Livingston Street, I would have to do it at the Supreme Court. I then went there and was told that I had to see the pro-se attorney first before I could file anything. Because of this eviction and judgment that the court and the NYPD and marshal office made up, it gave permission to my family especially my cousin Deborah Knox to go around distributing copies of my journal to whomever she pleases. These officials have in turn read, and pass around my journal amongst themselves. I was told that I had nothing in the apartment except a bed and barrel of toys that my aunt claim to still have in her basement as of the last small claim hearing date of 11/29/04. My journal was in a sealed box inside the apartment. So by claiming I was evicted, the police, court, marshal's office has my journal that they are sharing with the public, and in different state etc--where everyone can know what's in there. This is because I have claim that I was going to file a lawsuit agianst both the City and State when this first started. They wanted me to get NOTHING, for my belongings or for what's going on. Now I and other including my sister wants to know if I was evicted, where did my stuff go. Nothing about this was ever mentioned, and was one of the reason for the small claims hearing. So they have spread hate, contempt and have put both me and my son's life in danger by doing this. They have other Companies now helping them to have me falsely arrested, and have join in the mistreatment. People have and are laughing at me and what happen. I mention this and is told that I am crazy, paranoid or imaging things. Wherever I go, people jostle their friends and say I am the one everyone is mistreating. They have even taken it down to my son's school, and call me there for no other reason than to publicily humiliate and embarass both of us. They have now put my son in the teacher's class again and the dean's for him to be subjected to further humiliation. And everyone goes around amusing themselves at what's happening. This started in Brooklyn, went to Manhattan, came to Queens and is in LI and TN, VA, Washington, etc. My phone conversations have been illegally taping from in Brooklyn and now Queens. This is to have me talking so they can edit and put together things to suit their p urpose. As was done by Officer Brier from the 19th precinct near my son's school in regards to him losing his phone, and someone in the school finding it and started making calls to me while my son was in class, at that time, on 5/16/05.This was to claim that his school Talent Unlimited does not have a part of what going on. The company involve include HSN who was giving me a different account number than the one I have, because I have proof that the judge Schiffman choose to ignore. And also that this other account number and mine was merged, and the account number has all my info as the old one. I also ordered an MP3 player from them, where it was send overnight from NJ, but there was no listing or vendor for the player in NJ. UPS who came to pick up the player, and the driver gave me back my original receipt but they have the package going to Roanoke, VA where I did not send it--then to Bristol TN because UPS stated they made a correction address for the company because they move, and they fill out the change of address. This package was suppose to be returned to Salem, VA, and neither did HSN move. They claim HSN is also located in TN. AOL, who took payment for my account 6/14/05, but never charge it to my debit card. I call them about it on 6/24/05, and it was debited from my account on the 27th. This is maybe their way of claiming that I charge my account to my sister's card. ConEd who was involved in this from Montgomery Street, and then with their permission and knowledge had the construction on the house next door 127-02 "loop" to our so that the police, and everyone can spy on me. I am on display for everyone benefits. They also know whatever I do in my house, and are alsospying on my son and I when taking a shower, etc. The men who live at that house has since move, and the house sold to either family members or 2 different people. The people around S OPzone Park is now upset and angry that I am making my website about this, and have called me b***h while passing the house--and has even threatened what is going to happen to me if I leave my house and go outside. These are all strangers. I hardly even leave my house or go anywhere here or by the old address. I have been called by my cousin's name in the Rehab Center that my grandmother is in because the other patient who was one of my grandmother's roomate though that was my name, because she heard the staff laughing and talking about me. I was also threatened from the old address, and nothing done about it. These are all strangers, but because of what was done by all these officials agencies acting under "color of law" and violating my "civil rights" they were allowed free reign to do and say as they please. I am sure that it was the intention of the NYPD, court and other government offices involve, to have me hurt or kill if I started to speak about it. I was suppose to take being publibily humiliated, embarass, and laugh at by whomever chooses to do so. Several of the people have moved out of the area who had knowledge which police officers, family members etc who came around there before I move and did all of this, and tell them to pretend they have no idea of what's going on. Even the HHA's who came to take care of my grandmother knew what was happening, Martha Jarvis and Kenecia Daniels. After Ms. Daniels thinking everyone had gone back to bed one weekend while she was there, was on her cell phone loudly telling her friend how I was a b***h, and how they all laugh at me when they heard what's going on. I went upstairs to get my tape recorder from my sister to tape this, but when she saw me come up she hung up the phone. I was the degoratory name because she heard me telling my sister how I file complaint with BBB in regards to a supervisor Debra from Cingular, telling me that "Yes that's what she was telling me that they were going to keep my money." Ms. Jarvis who has an ex-boyfriend (according to her) who does not live far from us tell me to ask Ms. Daniels if she knew my cousin. I told her I would not becasuse she would have mentioned that from she came to work with my grandmother. How can you explain that you, a stranger, has knowledge of what's taking place unless you know my cousin. I am sure both of them will tell you they don't know what I am speaking of, along with everyone else. That's the way it is suppose to all take place, with me saying these things are happening, and everyone denying it--but get to laugh at me, my son and everything. I posted online for lawyer's help, and was contacted by legai aid now and a law firm that works with the NYSE. I never contact them becuase since this involves NYSE, I would not have received or be represented by them fairly. It would be a conflict of interest. People are claiming that everyone knows what's happening but nobody is going to help. There is talk that now the DA's. US Attorney's. FBI, Supreme Court and EVERYONE is now a part of this. It was NYPD's and the other official's intention to have me be arrested for prostitution, and deported, if I say anything about what they did. The were to control me,and decide whether or not I get back my green card. This is why strange men is to know my name, and what I look like.
