Subj: Re: The length of time it takes after editing my page and... [kar77ly] Date: 9/20/2005 To: premiumtechb@freewebs.com LISTEN HERE, I AM TIRED OF EVERYONE TELLING ME I HAVE A PROBLEM OR ISSUE WITH EITHERE MY SYSTEM OR BROWSER SETTINGS. THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM THESE THINGS DID NOT START HAPPENING, OR I HAVE PROBLEM UNTIL THE SITE WAS MADE, AND I STARTED LISTING NAMES, DATES, COMPANIES, ETC SO PLEASE, GIVE ME A BREAK. I CANNOT HAVE NOTHING WRONG--AND THEN IN THE CASE THAT PROMPTED THE LAST TWO EMAILS--HAVE MY LINKS DISABLED AFTER SENDING COMPLAINT TO THE BROOKLYN DA, QUEENS DA AND NY FBI OFFICE--THEN HAVE THEM WORKING AGAIN AFTER FILING COMPLAINT AGAIN (AFTER CONTACTING YOU TO INFORM YOU OF THIS) WITH THE IAB, OAG INTERNET FRAUD BUREAU AND NYC MAYOR SPECIAL INVESTIGAOR FOR JUDICIAL BIAS MATTERS, DESIREE KIM. SO SINCE THERE IS NOTHING WRONG NOW, AND THESE PROBLEMS SEEMS TO CLEAR THEMSELVES UP AFTER INFORMING YOU, OR POINTING OUT TO OTHERS INVOLVE, LIKE AOL, HSN, ETC AND POSTING IT SOMEWHERE WHAT IS GOING ON--ALL WITHOUT FIXING OR DOING ANYTHING TO MY BROWSER OR SETTINGS (EXCEPT TO CLEAN THEM WHICH I DO ALL THE TIME)--THERE IS NO NEED TO CONTINUE EMAILING BACK AND FORTH, UNLESS SOMETHING HAPPEN. [kar77ly] Date: 9/20/2005 9:58:29 AM Pacific Daylight Time From: premiumtechb@freewebs.com To: Chitaroar@aol.com Sent from the Internet Dear FreeWebs User, There are a large number of variables involving the type of problems you have described. We have made sure that this is not a site wide issue but is rather an issue with either your system or browser settings. FreeWebs is built for PC's running Internet explorer 5.5 and higher and Macintosh/Unix computers running Mozilla 1.5 or higher. Users using other browsers may experience some difficulties with our site. If you do not have either of these browsers or believe the problem has to do with your browser, we highly recommend trying the FREE and SECURE Mozilla Firefox Browser, which has been tried and tested with our system. You can download Firefox for free at: http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/ Another common problem is that your system should allow automatic cookie handling. Go to your Internet Properties and select the Advanced button in the Privacy Tab. Make sure that you are accepting both first and third-party cookies. We have found that the majority of our users have problems editing their site if they have Norton Security running. There is not problem with the software (we use it ourselves), but if your settings are not configured correctly, you will run into problems. Specifically, disable the ad-blocker if you have it active. Keep in mind that there is an ad-block associated with the Internet Security feature, and one in the spam blocker section of the anti-virus feature. Some users have contacted us about not having known they had a pop-up blocker that was linked to their Google or Yahoo Toolbar, but was restricting their editing capacity. Another problem may have to do with your security settings. This can be caused by installing software such as spybot search and destroy. Open your browser, then click on: Tools -> Internet Options Click on the security tab, and then click on the Red Icon where it says "Restricted Sites", then click on the "Sites" button. Browse through your Restricted Sites list (if there are any listed there) and be sure freewebs.com is not listed there. If it is, click on it, and then click remove to remove it from your restricted sites list. If you run SpyBot Search &Destroy, this list may keep getting repopulated every time you use their software. If none of these help you and you choose to ask additional questions, please be sure to give us as much information about your system as possible, including what anti-virus and anti-spyware software you run, what type of computer you have, and what browser you are using. Best Regards, FreeWebs ----------------- Original Message ------------------- As I have said on numerous ocassions, what can you tell me in Live Chat that you cannot in the email? If issues with my site have to do with a security application, who's security is breech--mine or yours? When I first started my site all was fine. The "security application" you speak of did not happen until the first incident of my pages being deleted/missing, which you claim you knew nothing of. Then all the other things I had to email about. Finally it was all my links being disable? Now how can that happen, if it's not from your end? It surely isn't from mine. So yes, this "security application" has to do with you, the officials, and all who is covering up what's going on. That is the "issues" with my site. And whenever they happen, I will continue to write to you. And let me be clear that to "rectify my issues" whatever they are can be dealt with in email. Maybe Live Chat can tell me something you can't. As to you claim of, "dispose of any misconceived ideologies you may have"--I have none. If you think I do please visit the first my home page. It is there to show that the links were disable, the complaints file, and then the links enable again. When this was done, it was with the intention to prove my "INSANITY"--from the ones involve. After I wrote the email to you yesterday, and login in later, I did not have the problem again with all I mention. So whenever anything happen, if it takes informing you of it, and it suddenly getting better, I'll do that.
