Veronica: And we provided information for protecting your account against unathorized users

you: But why were they deleted in the first place, somebody had to do it.

you: It was not done by anyone in my household, or I myself for that matter

Veronica: You created them, and shortly thereafter they dissapeared right?

Veronica: Sure, just email your request for a refund for any of your services purchased within the last 30 days to premiumtech@freewebs.com

you: No, they disappear several days ago. It just so happen that files were suddenly change...

you: on my disc that I am burning. It is now more than 30 days, am I still entitle to a refund.

Veronica: no, we have a hassle free refund policy of 30 days or less

you: They were created couple of weeks prior.

you: They were there all this time, and I came to the site the night I sent the email...
