Anastasia: what is the problem you are having? Also, please give me an example of which page on your site this problem is occuring.



you: doe2, home and others. Where some of the fonts are small and some the right size, after I click the "Done" button

you: I cut and paste some one and two other sentences in the editor, but it is also...

you: the same when I type all words in the editor itself

Anastasia: did you at any time in the paste past from Word into your editor



you: the homepage was not fine up to last night when I send my reply back to the tech who emailed me a response

you: I am on the home page. 4th paragraph. In the editor all is fine, but not so after clicking "done" So what do I do



Anastasia: well, what I would rather do is have you select a page that has problems, and let me know which paragraph is out of place. Just one at a time. I will look at it to see what is causing the problem.



Anastasia: If I can find the problem, we can hopefully fix all the other ones easily



you: I am telling you that the text are fine in the editor, except it shows up a problem when I click the done button

Anastasia: from what I am understanding is that the font looks fine when you edit, but does not appear correctly on the site



you: So if they are fine in the editor, how can I find a page that has a problem when the page fonts are showing fine in the editor



Anastasia: the problem is, you know what paragraphs are correct and what are not on your site



Anastasia: I unfortunately do not



Anastasia: I do not know what font is intentional, and what is a problem



Anastasia: but if you specify which ones they are, I caninvestigate the problem



you: and yes that is what I am saying. I cannot go to edit a page with you if all the fonts are fine in the editor



you: OK, on the homepage 4th paragraph, I do not know what font that is--probably arial. However the one above it Times Roman is what I type all of them into



you: However in the editor it is showing that it is in Times Roman, so how do I fix that



Anastasia: I understand that this may be frustrating, and apologize for the errors. I am going to look at the fourth paragraph and everything above it to see if there is code that should not be there. This will take a couple minutes.



Anastasia: there seems to be one tag somewhere in the text which is not closing proberly



Anastasia: I am still looking for it



you: Also the entire 'doe'page. In the editor all is in Times Roman, however it is not showing up like this. The fonts are in another form



you: And so on other pages, where some are in Times Romans, and some not



Anastasia: The font type and font size both appear to be the problem, but in this way:



Anastasia: each time there is font on a site, the text has a set of tags (html code) specifying its attributes



Anastasia: for some reason, most of your text has the attributes listed several times before the text



Anastasia: and most often, the attributes conflict



Anastasia: so, for example



Anastasia: the fist paragraph on your homepage



Anastasia: the code says it should be size 5



Anastasia: then the code says size 3



Anastasia: then size 4



Anastasia: then the text starts



Anastasia: now the text starts in the size 4



Anastasia: but at some point there i s code telling it to stop being in size for



Anastasia: and then it continues in size 3



Anastasia: which is the next up on the list



Anastasia: now to correct it:



Anastasia: we have to strip all the attributes and then reformat



Anastasia: what I am afraid of is the time it will take to make the bold text again and so forth



you: Listen I know this. However the problem lies with all showing as a type 3 font in the editor, same text but when I click "done" it is shows something else.



Anastasia: yes, I see that



you: So why is it showing that all words are in the same font and size in the editor, but not so after the "done" button is click



Anastasia: I do not have an answer for that, unfortunately.



you: so is this how my site is suppose to look, like I am CRAZY



Anastasia: a developer could investigate the Editor and see why this is happening



Anastasia: but this is out of my abilities to do



Anastasia: the probem on your site would still remain, however



Anastasia: the problem would be one in the editor which we would have to fix on our end



Anastasia: whatever that would mean



you: Maybe you would like to see the screenshot of how they look in the editor, when the done button is clicked, and then the page itself
