Is this something you do for everyone without them asking you to do so. And since this is in regards to the LiveTech Chat session I had with you on 9/16/05, about posting on BV and the post disappearing, I inform you that the post were posted after I put it on my site what happen, and in the forum. You kept emailing me, and I kept telling you I no longer had the problem, so why did you clear my Top Speed Cache. Because today, my Screen was change. I thought it was the BV welcome screen change, I requested on the 16th--that was just in effect on the 21st. I kept trying to get Live Help, and getting an error message. I sign off, and on again, and still get the same screen. I sign on to my screen name Chitara2001 on my sister's account, and see the same screen. I sign off, uninstall, then reinstall my AOL account, and sign on to my account Chitaroar. The same screen, so I send an email complaint to OAG. I thought it was fraud, because how can I have the same screen for different screen name, when I did not request one for Chitara2001. After doing this, when I click Live Help, help came up and I spoke to TechVey who told me it was a new welcome screen send to all AOL members as of last night. I even apologize to him for filing the complaint with OAG because if it was a welcome screen send to all members, it would explain how Chitara2001 also has it. I went and took a shower, etc and sign on again. Took screenshots of the email screenshot I send him, and is now responding to you. Where is the AOL message send to all members informing them of this new welcome screen. This is FRAUD, no one tell you to go into my account, and techVey LIED when he said it was a new screen send to all members. So who now controls my account, where they can say I went to this site, or to some other places I didn't. I am sending this to you, and am also going to file a BBB report. We cleared the Top Speed Cache which may cause the issue. TopSpeed, AOL's enhanced Web cache manager, can store the Web pages you view while inside the AOL service. This makes it faster to browse the Web on AOL. Although it is no longer an issue, please send me your System Information to ensure your AOL software is perfectly fine. Thanks!!
