Apart form filing a problem report for your issue, we can try a workaroud which may help you resolve your issue.

  



Please perform the following steps to let me know the revision number of the AOL software installed on your computer so that I can provide you the appropriate steps.

  



Click on HELP at the top of your screen next to the Sign Off button.

  

Then click on  About America Online. 



Please let me know the Revision number listed over there.
