You: I just tried visiting Yahoo and MSN and it went through. Why is the Send button

AOLTechOJP: We have an automated tool that can assist you with fixing this problem. I'm going to

The admin did not get complete control of the computer

AOLTechOJP: Please click START, select PROGRAMS, then click INTERNET EXPLORER.





You: Are you telling me something?





AOLTechOJP: On the Internet Explorer menu bar, click TOOLS, then click INTERNET


OPTIONS. On the General tab in the Temporary Internet Files section, click DELETE FILES.


Check the box to DELETE ALL OFFLINE CONTENT. Click OK.
