A girl from the Mayan Highlands in colorful traditional garb. The dress is a red knit top with a black wool skirt. Multi-colored yarn form stripes and loops; a native design decorates the hem. Wrapped around one shoulder is a red/purple black-squared knit shawl. Black knit stockings are on her legs and she has black boots on her feet. Her rich dark red curls are topped with a flat-brimmed white felt hat. In her arms is a 'worry doll'. Guatemala is a straight-legged non-walker with the new 1999 Wendy face.
