A pretty little miss from Alpine country, with a cute fellow by her side. Her white, puffed sleeved bodice has a vest of brown velour; the skirt is a riot of flowers under the white eyelet apron. Red and yellow flowers adorn the brown felt cap. Her blonde braids are tied in little red bows. Her beau is similarly attired with brown velour shorts; underneath the green jacket, you may see the same flower design is on his white shirt as on her bodice. His cap has a gold medallion and a jaunty yellow feather. His hair and eyes are the same color as hers. Both costumes are tagged 'Tyrolean'. Girl and boy both have bent knees and use the Wendy head. Note: In 1974 both these dolls were relabeled Austria. |
