The Scotland of 2001 has a plaid of blue and white, a fringed kilt, gaiters, and a rather out-sized tam. A black velvet jacket covers her ruffled white shirt. Accessories include a fluffy white sporran and plaid bagpipes (not shown); but her best feature may be the long auburn curls. Scotland has blue eyes. She is a straight leg non-walker with the Wendy head.
