Portugal wears a pretty floral dress of black and red. Her long-sleeved white blouse is trimmed with red rickrack and lace at the neck. A small brass leaf ornament decorates the collar. The black, flowered skirt has a red flowered apron with matching ties. A fringed red shawl covers her shoulders. A black ribbon ties back her dark hair. Portugal is a straight legged non-walker with the Wendy head.
