From the black hat to her black boots, Latvia has all the clothing bases covered. The flat-topped conical cap is embroidered in pink and cyan. A silver crysanthemum 'fastens' the collar of the white shirt. Two necklaces, one of red beads and the other with a native coin pendant, rest against the purple and yellow trimmed ruby vest. Multi-colored stripes in a variety of floral prints run along the long skirt; underneath is a lace trimmed petticoat and pantaloons. Even her blonde curls are trimmed with a narrow braid down each side of her face. Latvia is a straight-leg non-walker Wendy. She has blue eyes and the 'moustache face'.  |
