France's Cancan dancer is dressed in a tantalizing costume of velvet, ruffles and lace. Her curly reddish hair is tied with a black velvet band topped with a fuchsia rose. A black ribbon collars her neck. Under her black-and-white striped skirt are ruffles, black lace stockings and fuchsia shoes. One deviation from a real can-can dancer - this little one is wearing drawers! France is a straight legged non-walker with the Wendy head.
