REPORT:
Need to collect the rest of the club membership dues ($20.00)
Still owing: Kathy, Amanda and Christine.
Need to collect registration dues ($35.00) to pay Tricia for the
Barbie dolls for the tea.
Special thanks go to Tricia for her time and effort in locating all the dolls we needed--THANK YOU!!
CORRESPONDENCE:
Well, after we voted not to use 'Barbie' in our club name, we got the offical e-mail from Mattel regarding this issue.
They have stated we cannot use Barbie in our club's name. As agreed and voted on previously,
this subject is no longer going to be brought up at any future meetings.
BUSINESS:
Most members paid for their registration fees.
Discussed deboxing of dolls and what to do with the extra fashions, etc.
Have decided to put the fashions and accessories into goody bags.
Will wait until Christmas for a deboxing party--this way the dolls and fashions will not get damaged, etc.
