Pania Molloy

My love for cloth dolls began in Wanganui three years ago, where I joined the "Fabradollics" a local cloth doll club full of wildly creative doll makers. Being involved in the club and seeing such talented people I realised that this was a direction I wanted to explore. Before all of this in 1995 I completed a four year Diploma of Visual Arts at Nelson Polytechnic, majoring in Drawing and Multimedia (Textile Design and Sculpture). I am still involved in the "Fabradollics" always learning new techniques. Having a basic Design background with drawing skills and an interest in textiles has become very helpful in doll-making especially for face painting which has now become my main focus.
I now enjoy sharing skills and techniques that make face painting easier and fun for all.
