Children and their families were forced to live in Ghettos where they were subjected to  many harsh conditions including: starvation, diseases (Typhus, Cholers, Turberculosis), physical labor, and unsanitary living quarters.


In 1941 the jews and other prisoners were deported to concentration camps.

Many of the people died before they arrived at the camps.
        
Many women and children were killed upon arrival.
        
Children were again subjected to harsh living conditions, and now were           being exterminated  in many horrifc manners including gas chambers,              fire pits, and shootings.

Children were often used as guinea pigs for medical experiments.

Many childen went into hiding in sewers, basements, cabinets, attics,walls etc.

Other children were forced to hide their identities by faking gender and
religion.

Non-Jewish childen who had Aryan characterisitics were kidnapped and          brougth to Germany to be transformed into Nazis.
