Before Lin's Real Dolls
To start off I used to be a huge "Sailor Moon" fan. I had/have movies, toys,games,dolls, cards, even a web site called "Sailor Moon's Galaxy of Dreams" well that was open about a year & then I started loosing interest in "Sailor Moon" & while I was just surfing the web for a new layout I came across these really cute dolls.. not having a clue as to what they were I did some research to find out. after I knew that they were called Cartoon doll & that they seemed to be EVERYWHERE, I fell in love with them^^ So after some back & forths about closeing down "Sailor Moon's Galaxy of Dreams (AKA: SMGD)" I began to think about making my own cartoon dolls website^^

Now at this time i knew nothing about javascript ,html or any type of codes^^ I even thought html was stupid.well I stated another account with geocities knowing that they were & are the best free host/server out there. & just sat at my computer....thinking... trying to come up with some kind of name.....after about 30mins I decided I wanted my name in the title so I sat about 30 more mins & came up with "Lin's Real Dolls (AKA: LRD)"!!!!!!!
the 1st layout
Okay now I had a name and a server but no dolls or layout & still no clue about HTML & such^^ a friend of mine told me about "dollmakers" where you just put pieces of dolls together and that's it^^ so that's what I did before I even made my 1st page I started making dolls. after I had a few dolls I edited them to make the "normal" sized^^ & started working on a layout^^ well I got all my stuff together and got to work. I wanted the site to loo0k like this thing i heard of called "frames" but i didn't know how to use them so useing "page builder" I made my site & I thought it looked pretty good if i did say so myself^^It had a baby blue cloud background , hot pink text headings & floating white flowers^^
one year later
I wanted to know what people thought of my site so I went hunting for ways to talk live with people with out use of a chat room^^I found a cool tag board thing and added it but they only comments i got were "sex calls" YUCK!!!!! so I choose to learn how to do html... after a LOT of hard work, learing of html, java & emailing peeps about different things (how to do this & how to do that & please visit my site)I & the lord brought this site up to be a beaken of light in a dark internet and that is the history of your & mine fav web site... Lin's Real Dolls.
