| Dear Diary HI diary..its Anne Estelle here, Oh thats me and and my friend Abigail in the picture to the right, Today begins a great adventure in my life, I am travelling to Mexico NY to visit a group of mini finatics! I hope they like me diary ... I have to say I'm a little nervous coming all this way ... what if they dont know i'm the Queen of Everything and won't bend to my wishes afterall.... Mom never told me what to do it that happnes! Thats it for now! AE |

| Dear Diary Well Im here! I arrived in all my glory..dont know why i was nervous..the gals loveeeeeeee me haahhaa... I even had them bowing to me and diary..someone gave me a lovely garden retreat to call my own ! Its where Abiagail and I are sitting in the pic from yesterday. Most of the girls have arrived already and some are setting up tents to sleep in..imagine all the bugs diary .. yuck .. i couldnt sleep in a tent .on the ground .with bugs ! not even for a grand mini-meet ! Some of the girls are starting work on thier porch scenes.. I dont have to haha I got a ready made one .. and i can see what every one is doing from my vantage point too ! Arent miniaturists just wonderful people ! I suppose I should tell you about the people here.. there are a bunch so bear with me ... Sharon2 owns the house and property where we are all staying .. well most of us Peg and Jillian live about 4 minites away, Mel lives 10 minutes away ... Charlee. Kitt , and Dana live in Uitica Ny its about 2hours away .. Lisa if from Mass, she had a ways to drive with her huband Frank and the boys Johnathan and Andrew... they are twins diary and just the cutestpatooties youd ever meet Cheryl and her hubby Tim came all the way from NC ! and Frances and Kathryn came from Canada! Ive never met anyone from Canada before ! OHHH and Jen came from Canada too ! .. Marg is Dana's friend from PA .she drove all the way from there to Utica and then to Meico ! Dana's hubby Rich drove them here .. Hes staying in a tent too !! good thing theres at least one man..to chase away all those bugs and other critters ! Tomorrow Nancy is coming ..we hope she can convince our friend Sharon1 to come with her ! well thats all for now .. will write more tomorrow, AE |
| Dear Diary, shhhh dont tell ..its 1am I am suppose to be sleeping but had to write more .Today was so much fun.The girls got busy on the porch scenes they are making and Lisa started on a kleenex box scene she will do. She had to do something she finished her porch alreadey (peg says shes the over achiever of the group) there are a couple more finished porches. Mel has a turntable whth divided rooms and one of the room sections is her porch. She just brought that part for us to see, Kitt made a knome porch, It is from bark and moss and stuff. All sorts of woodland type things and lots of little knomes and animals. Charlees made a modern home with a deck abouve her porch. On the deck is a hot tub! The girls still working on porches are Jillian, she is making a beachhouse porch Jen a southwestern porch Cheryl a vitorian/adarondak porch (what ever that is !) Dan shes not sure yet Peg an ozark mountain porch. Sharon1 is making a porch in a basket, Nancy is brining hers tomorrow It is a porch in a book ! Sharon2 hasnt even thought about a porch yet she is to busy oraganizing things.. food sleeping arrangements schedules shes a slavedriver Cheryl and Frances didnt like the motel peg had picked out for them so Sharon2 helped them find a nicer one. They said it was kinda stinky heheheh Some of the gang went to a dollhouse store for treasures. Its called DeJoux Dollhouses and they have a website so everyone can buy things and boy they have a lot of things to sell ! NOT that I would know firsthand, no one offered to take me along for the ride ! The guys built a bonfire tonight , It wasnt really cold out but theres a nice fire pit here so why not .It might keep away the critters from the tents afterall haahahaha There are big plans for tomorrow. Several classes , porches being finished , Charlee will be taking the General Store to her house to finish decorating and gluing an all . ohhh and diary. there are secret bags in Sharon2s garage. She says they are totebag swaps for us but were not allowed to look !! thats not fair !! stomp stomp stomp !! i wannnnaaa seeeee! AE |
