Have found traces of a family called Kempenich originally from Emmernich, Germany and now apparently from Anniston Alabama, via the Museum of the Diaspora in Tel Aviv. Has anyone come across Kemps of Jewish origin?

So far as is known these siblings of Alexander did not leave Scotland. Does anyone have info about this family or modern descendants? Does anyone have a history of how the Kemps came to
Scotland? I have more detailed info and family history.
