Eat 'Em Down Them Cookies by Chris/Darwin

I was down in Caitrin's kitchen,
On the corner by the square The food was good as usual,
And the usual crowd was there

On my left stood Lonesome EJ
His eyes were bloodshot red
He turned to the crowd beside him
These were the very words he said

"Eat 'em down, eat 'em down, them cookies
Wherever they may be
You can search this wide world over
Such cookies you will never see"

"I went down to Caitrin's kitchen
I saw them cookies there
Laid out on a long white table
Such smell, such taste, such fare"

"When I die please bury me
I'll smell much less that way
Put a couple of cookies in my pocket
Eat the rest yourselves and pray"

"I want six Mudcatters for my pallbearers
A few more to sing me a song
Put a folk band on my hearse wagon
To raise consciousness as we roll along"

"Now that you've heard my story
Some cookies I'll have more
They're so filled up with Kahlua
You'll find me on the floor"
