1. The Iliad and the Odyssey were two Greek epic poems. 
2. Mountains helped shape the development of Greek civilization by creating a natural border between Greece and its neighboring countries. 
3. Spartan males were expected to join the army and fight for Sparta and Spartan women were expected to produce healthy sons. 
4. Athens was a democracy because they allowed the people to vote for political officials and allowed them to hold some government jobs.
5. The results of the Persian war was that Athens became the more powerful city state and the Greek people believed that their gods were protecting them and that they have become stronger.
6. The Peloponnesian war ended Athens grate reign as a highly political city state.
7. The Socratic Method is a method that was used by Socrates in which he would teach by question and answers.
8. Alexander the great concurred Persia and India.
9. The Hellenistic civilization was a blend of Greek, Persian, Indian , and Egyptian cultures.
