Skunk Spray |
There's nothing worse then finding out your dog has been sprayed by a skunk! It's gross, not to mention the smell! But don't worry, it can be fixed and your dog should be back to smelling like a dog in no time flat! |
First start by keeping your dog outside (or the basement, garage, or closed bathroom if it is too cold or hot outside) until you are ready. Before the hard work begins, check your dogs eyes for reddness or wateriness. Skunk spray can be irritating to their eyes. |

Wash, wash wash! |
Use a pair of rubber gloves to wear on your hands to prevent them of smelling like skunk as well. Grab a bottle of shampoo and begin washing! Scrub your dog well with the shampoo then rinse him off and then wash again! |
Tomatoe, Tomotoe! |
This idea has been used for ages, tomatoe juice! After washing and drying your dog take your tomatoe juice and pour it on! Let the juice soak into your dogs coat for about 10 to 20 minutes. Then rinse it off and wash him again with shampoo. |
