I am totally happy with the training and attention I have received. If I have had any problems I have felt free to raise them with yourselves. I think it's wonderful that I can call you at any time. We have worked hard to achieve our progress and I have been willing to follow your excellent advice to the letter. I have found the training methods of excellent help and feel we have benefitted enourmously. Before I started I wondered if I had made a mistake with my choice of dog who seemed to have such extreme behaviour problems, but after a few session she responded favourably and I gained confidence. It is nice to know you are on the end of the'phone between sessions and 6 months down the line I am thrilled to say that your hard work and advice is really paying dividends.
If it wasn't for Lancing Canine Obedience I don't think I would have the pleasure of Bess's company now and I am extrememly greatful that I have - DL & Bess
