(or things we could learn from a dog)
“There are some simple truths… and the dogs know what
they are”
Joseph Duemer (b. 1951)
- Run, Romp and Play Daily.
- Always run to greet loved ones when they come home.
- Take joy rides often.
- Its not how someone looks, its how their bum smells that’s
important.
- Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to
be pure ecstasy.
- Take naps and stretch before rising.
- Be loyal
- When someone is having a bad day, be silent, sit close by and
nuzzle them gently.
- On warm days, stop to lie on your back on the grass.
- When you're happy, dance around and wag your entire body.
- Delight in the simple joy of a long walk.
