REPORTING ANIMAL ABUSE
Report the abuse to;
Police Department
Local SPCA and or Humane
Society
Local Animal Control Officer
Write down the date and time of the abuse and any and all details. Video tape and take pictures if possible. Write down the animal abusers name, address, phone number, license plate number from their vehicle and give all of this information to the proper authorities.
