It is my intention to make this site a resource on Sierra Leone and my life in general.
Sierra Leone is a small West African country with a population of about 4.5M. It has been ravaged by civil war since 1991 and thousands of innocent people have been killed during that time. It is a country made up of 13 different tribes of which the Temnes and Mendes are the largest. It is a surrounded by the Atlantic on the West, by Guinea in the North and East and South by Liberia. Its capital city is Freetown
