I hope your summer has been a good one, and you are ready to come back to school and make some great things happen. I welcome you all back to band, and hope you will share in my excitement to continue the success of last year. A special welcome goes to our new Sixth Graders. You are now a member of a special program with a lot of success.
Please, carefully read this handbook�s contents, especially the parts pertaining to concert and event attendance. If there are any questions, feel free to contact me using any available method. Non-urgent issues may best be handled by email, since I can receive and respond to your emails during the school day.
Parents please read and sign the front and back of the last page of the handbook, remove, and have your child return it to me ASAP.
Students, be ready to face the new changes and challenges of the GJHS Band. Keep this handbook in your music folder for future reference.
