Annabeth Gish debut� en la gran pantalla a los 13 a�os, compartiendo reparto con Jon Voight y Ellen Barkin en "Desert Bloom." Gan� ul reconocimiento por su interpretaci�n en "Mystic Pizza," junto a Julia Roberts y Lili Taylor. En 1989, Gish abandon� Hollywood por la Universidad de Duke, donde pas� cuatro a�os sac�ndose su graduaci�n.
Cuando se gradu�, volvi� a Los Angeles y trabaj� junto a Kevin Costner en "Wyatt Earp" e interpret� un peque�o papel en la mini-serie "Scarlett." Tambi�n aparece en "Beautiful Girls" y "The Last Supper." Otros trabajos suyos son "Coup De Ville," "Hiding Out" y "Shag."
Gish recientemente ha participado en la mini-serie "True Women," y las pel�culas "Don't Look Back", "What Loves Sees" y "Someone You Know."
