Pomeranians

Origin: Great Britian

The Pomeranian is a tiny, fluffy dog with a wedge-shaped head, pointed muzzle, a plumed tail carried over the back, and pointed erect ears, it is the smallest member of the Spitz family of dogs. It's outer coat is harsh and offstanding while the undercoat is thick, short and close. Daily brushing is necessary to keep it free of mats. The Pomeranian is a willful, bold, temperamental and loving little dog who thinks he is big! It is an excellent watchdog with a resonant bark. He has a tendency to bark at strangers excessively. Alert, curious and busy. One of the most independent of the Toy breeds it can be rather sharp tempered. The Pomeranian can be aggressive with other animals and should be introduced slowly with supervision.
