Alpine Dachsbracke



Origin: Austria

The Alpine Dachsbracke is a robust, weather resistant working dog used by the mountain huntsman. They are used as a tracking hound for wounded deer and as a scenthound for hare and fox. Alpine's are short legged, sturdy hunting dogs with a strong boned body structure, dense coat, and firm muscles. The height of these animals range from 34 to 42 cm.
