Your dog needs to have a regular check up at least once a year (ST).
If you plan on trialing your dog, you must get a check up first and a note from the vet that says that your dog can be trialed. It is not the same as the Health Check certificate, but is still manditory.

Extra Tests:
You can get your dog tested for whatever you please at an extra cost. It all depends on what you ask to be done. E-mail Me and let me know what you want done, and I will give you a price range.
HEALTH CHECK
The health check at DD is very important. You can NOT breed or show your dog unless it has been health checked!
The following is what you can get your dog checked for:
Hip
Elbow
Patellar Luxation
Cardiac
Thyroid
Preliminary Hip
Instead of having different certificates for each test, you can get a multiple done at one time and have it all written on one certificate how your dog did. It is best to get all that is required by your breed done at one time, so you don't have to update your certificate.
NOTE: It is all luck of the draw. Into a hat will go the words... (need info)
