Our car was restored by Lou Corbet from Sheparton Victoria in the late seventies. The car was bought by us 1982. It was driven to Ayres Rock 6 weeks later on the V.D.C. ROCK 82 RALLY. Our oldest son Craig celebrated his fourth birthday in Alice Springs. Subsequent rallies have been to Mildura ,Tasmania, White Cliffs, Kangaroo Island. Portland.The Bicentenial Rally to Canberra ,The Barossa Valley National and many more. We have covered 50000 yes FIFTY Thousand miles since the car was purchased.
The Automobile Company Dodge Brothers, Inc began life in July 1914 and the first car was produced on November 14 at the Hamtramck factory. This first model had a production run of 249 cars.
