I decided to mount the air conditioner permanently. I removed the driver's side rear window and mounted the AC framing it to the inside of the van. Also, you can see the easy hook-ups of cable tv and 110 volt electric. I have exterior "nipples" for each.
Here we can see how the Air Conditioner looks from the inside. Also, you may notice the addition of 4 sets of clothing hooks and low voltage spot lights. I have also removed the plastic drawers that were located beneath the sofa/bed. I have found that simple boxes hold more and provides easier access.
Here is another view of the interior showing the cooler and the larger storage tray which covers the opening to the clothing bin.
This simple removable cooler provides 2 gallons of fresh water for easy access. Behind it is the 12 volt coffee maker.
This is a current picture of the van console. You can see the small spotlight mounted just above. I installed 5 low voltage spot lights along both sides .
