Herbal Elixir

A cheap alternative to potions this mixture of herbs heals 1d8 points of damage.

To brew the elixir itself requires a Profession (Apotchary) check against a DC of 10 to find the herbs requires a Herbal Healing Kit or a Profession (Herbalist) check against a DC of 15.

Costs 20GP for one vial

 

Herbal Salve

This cream requires a Heal check against a DC of 7 to apply and reduces healing time needed to ¼ of its total worth.

This can be found in any Herbal Healing Kit ever or put together separately which requires a Profession (Apothecary) check against a DC of 10   

Costs 50GP for a flask

 

Herbal Poultice

This mixture of herbs in a bandage will reduce bone healing time by ½ to correctly install the poultice you need a Heal check against a DC of 12 and a Knowledge (Anatomy) check against a DC of 12.

The herbs for the poultice are easy to find so don’t worry about checks.

This Poultice can be found in any Herbal healing kit.

Herbal Healing Kit

This kit functions in all ways as a healer’s kit with a few differences.

First, it has all 3 of the above items contained in it with 6 of each and has a multitude of different alternate therapies including aromatherapy. This is known because, several vigil candles (+2 to heal checks during use burns out in about 6 hours) and sticks of incense are in the kit.

 Successful checks in Profession (Herbalist) both and Profession (Apothecary) checks against a DC of 17 can make this kit. Needed also is a Knowledge (Flora and Fungi) check against a DC of 14. If the candles are to be added there also needs to be a Craft (Candlemaking) check against a DC of 16.

Herbal Combat kit

This kit includes various poisons such as nightshade and other herbal poisons. It also includes Scent beakers(Block scent) and Venom Darts, Lg. Bee venom works best but can be substituted for any venom.
