 Class Features:

Weapon and Armour Proficiency: Necroscoundrels gain no additional weapon or armour proficiencies.

Spells per Day: When a new level of Necroscoundrel is gained, the character gains new spells-per day as if he had also gained a level in a spell-casting class he belonged to before becoming a Necroscoundrel. He does not, however, gain any other benefits a character of this class may gain except for increased level of spell-casting. If the character had more than one spell-casting class before becoming a Necroscoundrel he decides which class for determining new level purposes or spells per-day. However, he gains the following spells added to the classes spell lists, if it does not already have them. He may only gain these spells from levels gained as a Necroscoundrel. They count as Arcane Spells. They are:
1st level: Deathwatch, Detect Undead, Doom and Obscuring Mist.
2nd level: Death Knell, Desecrate and Gentle Repose.
3rd level: Animate Dead, Negative Energy protection and Speak with dead.
4th level: Death Ward and Restoration.
5th level: Ethereal jaunt, Raise Dead, Slay living.
6th level: Antilife Shell, Create Undead and Etherealness.

Sneak Attack: This is exactly like the rogue ability of the same name. The extra damage dealt increases by 1d6 every other level (1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th). If the Necroscoundrel gains sneak attack modifier from another source (such as rogue levels) the bonuses to damage stack.

Tomb Step: At first level the Necroscoundrel harnesses the silence of the living dead, and gains a +4 competency bonus to armour class.

Spell Focus (necromancy): This bonus feat is exactly the same as the spell focus (necromancy) feat. If the character already has this feat then ignore this bonus feat.

Black Knowledge: At second and eighth level the Necroscoundrel gains hidden insight into death, and may take a bonus Metamagic feat.

Cripple the Dead: At third level the Necroscoundrel learns the places to put a strike if he wishes to destroy a undead. He may now apply his sneak attack extra damage to Undead, but not to any other creatures without a discernible anatomy. (Oozes, plants etc.) He still may not apply critical hits to undead.

Shadow Skin: At fourth level the Necroscoundrel harness the darkness of death to aid him in hiding. His skin takes on a darker hue, and he gains a +4 competency bonus to Hide checks.

Gaze of Fear: As a attack action the Necroscoundrel can make a gaze attack against a single foe. If that foe meets the Necroscoundrels eye then he suffers a -2 penalty to attack and damage rolls, and to all saves for a number of rounds equal to the Necroscoundrels class level.

Soul Slip: At seventh level the Necroscoundrel learns how to escape bars and chains like a soul escape the body. He gains a +4 competency bonus to Escape Artist checks.

High Stalker: At tenth level the Necroscoundrel reaches the pinacle of his shadowy art. His Move Silently, Hide and Escape Artist bonuses increase to +6 each, and his Gaze of Fear penalty increaes to -3.
