Track the Untrackable

Many people and outdoorsmen of the world have the ability to follow a trail made by the passing of some creature. Many have developed this ability to achieve high levels of skill. None of them however, have the uncanning tracking ability of the pathfinder.

The pathfinder is an expert tracker. Having learnt the age old secrets of tracking lore, the pathfinder is able to put them to use following any kind of quarry.

Due to this great tracking abilities, pathfinders are often found at the head of military scouting formations. Equally they are valued by (and as) bounty hunters who often need to track their bounty via old trails.

Rangers who wish to further their tracking skills are the most common group to take this path. Druids, clerics, barbarians and rogues are also found amongst their numbers. The races are represented fairly equally, with a slightly higher number of elves whose sharper senses assist greatly in the tracking process.
