HALF-NYMPHS

:: Rare among the rare, these cross breeds between humans and nymphs are very special creatures. Inheriting both the shocking beauty of a nymph mother and the freedom of mind of the human father, the beings called half-nymphs are born. Being able to wander away from their home forests, the half-nymphs are almost always considered "beautiful elves" by the other races which they do encounter.
Needless to say, there's no known male half-nymph alive... Though that may be not impossible to see, since there are theories which claim that the male nymphs do exist and are well hidden along the nymph woods.

Personality: Like their magical aligned mothers, the half-nymphs do love the nature above everything... Though, unlike the pure nymphs, these human blooded creatures do not have the patience, nor the long life expectancy, to stay forever hidden inside the nymph woods.
Half-nymphs favor liberty above anything but nature. They will only stop their wanderings if the fauna of the region where they pass are in danger...

Physical Description: Half-nymphs looks outstanding beautiful even while well aged... They are sleek figures with long, thick hair, radiant skin and perfect teeth, full lips and gentle eyes. A half-nymphs scent is delightful, her demeanor tends to be graceful and charming, and her mind quick and witty.
Half-nymph height ranges from from under 5 feet to almost 6 feet tall, and weight usually ranges from 90 to 180 pounds. A half-nymph reaches majority at age 20 and can live to be over 180 years old. As for their appearances, they never look more old than 50 year old humans, even while near dying by aging.

Relations: Generally only a few notice that half-nymphs are not elves, even with their physical differences. So, their relations with the other races are basically the same as it is for the other elves.

Alignment: Having both parent's races aligned to neutrality, half-nymphs do tend to the neutral alignment as well.

Half-nymphs Lands: After reaching their majority, the half-nymphs leaves their magical home forests and wander around the world. They do not have a land of their own, though its much more easy to find them around open natural areas and elven communities than at the human cities.

Religion: Half-nymphs are inclined to pray for both Corellon Larethian or Ehlonna.

Language: Half-nymphs speak their own musical language and Common. Nymphic, the toungue of nymphs, haven't any writing form, though it's so close to Elven that half-nymphs can easily read and speech in elven too (though with the same accent of the half-elves).

Names: Half-nymph names are usually related to nature and beautiful animals (like eagles and cats). Some uses elven names and a few rare change their names to human names.

Female Names: Drusilia, Felosial, Dranda, Legna, Chandra, Kaitani, Bia.

Adventures: As said before, half-nymphs leave their home forests after reaching majority and go wander the world. They seek freedom and peace of mind, but might change their minds and join some adventuring party if their goal of protecting the nature above everything is equal.
Sometimes, half-nymphs can be a problem to male adventurers, since living with them near is always hard if they already have lovers and spouses.

:: Half-nymph Racial Traits

:: +4 Charisma, -2 Strength, -2 Constitution: Half-nymph are uncanny beautiful and charming, but lack of strength and vigor.
:: Medium-size: As Medium-sized creatures, half-nymphs have no special bonuses or penalties due to their size.
:: Half-nymphs base speed is 30 feet.
:: Low-light vision: Half-nymphs can see twice as far as a human in starlight, moonlight, torchlight, and similar conditions of poor illumination. They retain the ability to distinguish color and details under these conditions.
:: Nymph Blood: For all special abilities and effects, a half-nymph is considered an nymph. Half-nymphs for example, can use special nymph weapons or magic items with racially specific nymph powers as if they were nymphs.
:: +4 racial saving throw bonus against Enchantment spells or effects: Half-nymphs are very hard to seduce.
:: If a male humanoid ever sees a bare naked half-nymph, he must succeed on a will save (DC 8 + half-nymph's level) to avoid permanent blindness.
:: While battling a male humanoid, a half-nymph's scent and beauty is amazingly capable of distracting the opponent. Thus, she gains a bonus of +2 to both AC and attack rolls. Blinded opponents, or anyone with four or more levels than the half-nymph, are immune to this ability.
:: A half-nymph can cast any 0th or 1st level Druid spell once per day, though she always cast them as a 1st-level caster.
:: Automatic Languages: Common and Elven (almost like Nymphic). Bonus Languages: Draconic, Gnoll, Gnome, Goblin, and Orc.
:: Favored Class: Ranger. A multiclass half-nymph's ranger class does not count when determining whether he suffers an XP penalty.
